➾ Open to all healthcare professionals, researchers and students.
➾ Poster submissions should be relevant to the conference theme: For a Healthy Future Together: Innovative Research, Clinical Practices/Quality Assurance, or community health initiatives in Canada.

➾ Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.
➾ Abstracts must adhere to the following structure:

☐ Objectives
☐ Background
☐ Methods
☐ Results
☐ Conclusion➾ Tables, graphs and pictures may be included.
➾ Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format.

➾ All submissions will be reviewed by a committee of experts using the APPIC - Abstract Evaluation Criteria and Scoring Rubric.
➾ Abstracts will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
☐ Clarity and Structure
☐ Originality, Impact and Relevance to Conference Theme
☐ Methodological Rigor
☐ Presentation of Results
☐ Abstract Conclusion➾ Notification: Notification of acceptance will be sent by July 15, 2024.
